My name is Lizzy and I am a spiritual teacher, healer and social worker. In my life I have known the depths of suffering and trauma as well as the peaks of love and connection. I have traveled the world and connected with the hearts of people, animals and the land. I see my life as a series of initiations divinely designed to awaken in me the medicine and wisdom to heal, lead, and create. I believe we all possess this medicine and all my offerings are designed to connect you more deeply to your true nature. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience, and with the right tools and support we can remember our divine nature, remember ourselves to wholeness and lead the way for others to do the same.
